Drop in a zip with the PrjPcb, PcbDoc and schematic sheets, or paste a GitHub URL. The pipeline analyses the project, parses the PCB binary and renders every sheet to SVG, showing its progress as it goes.

Overview

Whether the board is ready, at a glance

Before anything ships, three numbers matter: how many parts have a manufacturer part number, a supplier, a datasheet. The overview works them out from the design itself, so a board that needs more library work says so quietly, before the order does.

Bill of materials

Grouped the way you actually read it

Placements collapse into grouped lines (quantity, value, footprint, MPN, manufacturer, supplier) with designators rolled up, so ten R0603s read as one row. Switch to the flat view when you need designator-by-designator detail. Filter to the lines still missing an MPN or a supplier, and sort them out while it's still cheap to do.

Manufacturing exports

One click to your assembler

The BOM exports as CSV or XLSX, grouped or flat. If you build at JLCPCB, there's a dedicated export: grouped by MPN, DNP parts dropped, LCSC part numbers resolved from your supplier links. The pick & place file follows the same idea, in JLC's CPL format, coordinates in millimetres, ready to upload.

Assembly variants

Each build of the board, counted separately

A board with fit variants stays one board. Each variant carries its own BOM line count and its own do-not-place list, and both the BOM and pick & place tabs let you pick the variant before exporting, so the lite build never accidentally orders the parts of the full one.

Nets

Follow a signal to every pin it touches

Every net, with its terminal count, aliases, source sheets and pin types. Open one and the terminal table shows each connected pin (component, pin number, pin name, electrical type) without opening the schematic.

Schematic

The schematic, readable without an Altium seat

Every sheet is rendered to SVG at import. Hovering a symbol shows its designator, footprint and parameters; hovering a wire shows the net and its terminals; pins carry their electrical type, colour-coded. Colleagues without an Altium licence can review the design from their own desk.

Pick & place

Placements, ready for the machine

Top and bottom placements with centroids and rotation, filterable by layer and variant. Exports as CSV or XLSX, sorted if your assembler prefers designator order.

The stackup, drawn to scale

A proportional cross-section of the physical stack (copper, dielectric, mask, paste) beside the full layer table with materials and thicknesses in mils and millimetres. The board's construction, readable in one look.

Multi-sheet designs keep their shape

Top-level sheets, sheet symbols and repeating channels as an expandable tree. A hierarchical design with multiplied channels shows how many instances exist, and where they come from.
